If you have not already, please download and fill out the authorization form above and submit it below. This form is mandatory for any contestant or the manuscript will not be eligible for judging. If you are 18 of age or above, there is a special section for you to fill out and sign on that form.

Please make sure to include your cover with the story. The story must be a Word or PDF document. If the cover is sent separately, it can be a JPG or PNG file.
